You shouldn't have to juggle phone calls, schedules, and strangers in the house. I'm Cassie, a REALTOR®, estate sale organizer, and mobile notary based in Powder Springs. I help you sort, sell, and sign, one step at a time and at your pace.

• Helping a parent: Support for adult children managing a move from near or far.
• Settling an estate: Estate sales, selling the home, and signing documents in one place.

What I Do

  • Downsizing Support. Moving from a long-time home is easier with a plan. I help you decide what goes, what stays, and what gets sold, and I coordinate the timing so nothing piles up at once.

  • Estate Sales. I run the whole sale myself: setup, pricing, marketing, day-of sales, and a report afterward. It's coordinated with the home sale so the timeline stays simple.

  • Selling Your Home. As a REALTOR® with EXIT Grassroots Realty, I handle pricing, marketing, showings, negotiation, and closing. Ask about my service levels, which let you choose the amount of support you want.

  • Pre-Listing Walk-Through. Before you list, I walk the home with you and point out things worth fixing, cleaning up, or leaving alone. It is a walk-through, not a home inspection.

  • Mobile Notary & Loan Signing. Powers of attorney, trust signings, deeds, and closing documents, at your home, a facility, a hospital, or an attorney's office.

  • Buying a Home. Helping you find the right next place, including smaller homes, 55+ communities, and one-level living.

  • Senior Placement Support. Helping a parent find the right memory care or senior living community? I help families compare options, schedule tours, and plan the move, so you’re not figuring it out alone.

One Person Doing It All

With Sunny Day, it's one trusted name: me. Here is how it usually goes:
1. A free, no-pressure conversation. We talk about the home, the timeline, and what you want to happen.
2. Sort and plan. We decide what stays, what goes, and what is sold.
3. Estate sale. I run the sale from setup to the final report.
4. List and sell. I list the home, handle showings and negotiation, and manage the closing.
5. Sign. I'm also a mobile notary, so many documents can be signed without another stop.For adult children helping Mom or Dad: You don't have to do this from a distance or on your own. I'll keep you updated and work around your schedule.

Hi, I'm Cassie, a REALTOR®, certified mobile notary and signing agent, senior placement specialist, and estate sale manager. I built Sunny Day Services around one idea: at every stage of life, you should have one trusted person who can handle all of it.
Families don't struggle with a move because they don't care. They struggle because there is too much to coordinate at once. I take on the logistics, paperwork, vendors, and details, so you can focus on what matters most: being there for the people you love.
I'm based in Powder Springs and serve families across Cobb, Paulding, Douglas, Cherokee, and West Fulton Counties. I'm affiliated with EXIT Grassroots Realty, and I bring the same warmth to every client, whether we're signing closing documents or finding the right memory care community.
