Meet Your Specialist

Hi, I’m Cassie.

I’m a licensed REALTOR®, certified mobile notary and signing agent, senior placement specialist, and estate sale manager — and I built Sunny Day Services because I believe families going through a senior transition deserve one trusted person who can handle all of it.
What I’ve seen over and over is that families don’t struggle because they don’t care — they struggle because there’s simply too much to coordinate at once. My job is to make that burden lighter. I’ll handle the logistics, the paperwork, the vendors, and the details so you can focus on what actually matters: being present for your family.
I’m based in Powder Springs and serve families across Cobb, Paulding, Douglas, Cherokee and West Fulton Counties. I’m affiliated with Exit Grassroots Realty and bring the same warmth and commitment to every client — whether we’re signing a closing document or finding the perfect memory care community.
